Statutory tasks of STOWARZYSZENIE WIEDZA INNOWACJA ROZWÓJ are:

* preparation of green sector schools/NGOs/stakeholders for implementation SDGs/climate changes/ long-term protection of nature etc.

* organisation of internships in green sector education,

* initiation of international cooperation to improve the quality of adult/vocational education,

* exchange of good practices in European vocational nonformal and formal education.

Our statutory tasks are carried out through the creation of national and international seminars, exchange of experience. Some of our members are involved in EUROPEA Polska NGO, which provides opportunities to be involved in championships for students in all kinds of fields, such as floristic, landscaping, judging livestock, agricultural competencies, forestry and others. We learn a lot from each other by working together on European Erasmus + projects and now we would like to share this experience among new members and new target group.

STOWARZYSZENIE WIEDZA INNOWACJA ROZWÓJ has recognised a lack of methods, educators out of big cities. We focus on young and adult education and introduce modern forms of training, teaching content adequate to their needs. We need an exchange of good practices from European structures to improve the quality and adaptation of vocational education in Poland to common European standards.

STOWARZYSZENIE WIEDZA INNOWACJA ROZWÓJ cooperates with educational institutions, firms operating in the green economy sector, i.e. broadly understood environmental protection, floristry, landscaping, agribusiness, agroforestry, agritourism, gastronomy and nutrition and other related industries. We want to build a bridge between generations to teach each other in green competencies at schools and families and businesses as well.

Our main target of learners are young adults 30+, they're unemployed, people living in rural areas with low green competencies and low skilled people with social disadvantages.
